Order Processing & Production

Many of our products are made to order, which means production begins after your order is placed.

Our standard processing and production time is:

Business days generally exclude weekends and major holidays.

During busy shopping periods, holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

U.S. Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated shipping time after processing is:

5–7 business days

Your estimated total delivery time is therefore:

1–3 business days processing + 5–7 business days shipping

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors.

International orders may take approximately:

Up to 14 business days or longer after processing

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the products ordered, quantity, shipping destination, and available delivery method.

If a free shipping promotion is available, any applicable terms or minimum purchase requirements will be displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it may be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Tracking Shows Delivered but Package Is Missing

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, garage, or other safe delivery areas.
  • Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
  • Check with building management or reception staff when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We will try to assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address may not qualify for free replacement or refund.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
