Cancellation & Order Changes Policy

At Viral T-Shirt Shops, many of our products are made to order. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed, so requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted as soon as possible.

This policy explains how we handle order cancellations, product changes, sizing changes, shipping address corrections, and other order modifications.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

If your order has not yet entered production or fulfillment, we may be able to cancel it.

However, because made-to-order products can enter production quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Once production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please contact us through our Contact Us page and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used to place the order
  • A clear request to cancel the order

Providing complete information helps us locate and review your order more quickly.

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean the order has been cancelled. Your cancellation is confirmed only after we notify you that the request was successfully processed.

Changing Your Order

If you need to modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the status of the order, we may be able to help with changes involving:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Product
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Other order information

Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.

Changing a Size or Color

Please carefully review your selected size and color before completing checkout.

If you realize that you selected the wrong size or color, contact us immediately.

If production has not started, we may be able to update the selection.

Once the product has entered production, changing the size or color may no longer be possible.

Because many products are made specifically for each order, an item correctly produced according to the size and color selected at checkout generally cannot be replaced free of charge solely because the customer selected the wrong option.

Changing a Product

If you ordered the wrong product or design, contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not started, we may be able to modify or cancel the affected item.

Once production begins, changing the product may no longer be possible.

Changing the Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

We may be able to correct the address if the order has not entered shipment processing.

Once an order has shipped, we generally cannot change its delivery address.

In some circumstances, the shipping carrier may offer delivery management options directly to the recipient. Availability of these services is determined by the carrier.

Orders Already in Production

Once an order has entered production, the product may already be:

  • Prepared for printing
  • Printed
  • Customized
  • Packaged
  • Transferred into fulfillment

At this stage, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

This is one reason we strongly recommend reviewing your entire order before submitting payment.

Review Your Order Before Checkout

Before placing your order, please verify:

  • Product and design
  • Size
  • Color
  • Quantity
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Shipping address
  • Billing information
  • Final order total

Taking a moment to verify these details can help prevent delays or problems with your order.

Cancellation Refunds

If an eligible order is successfully cancelled before production begins and payment has already been collected, an applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Once we process a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

If an order is cancelled, promotional codes or discounts used for that order may not automatically become available for reuse.

Availability will depend on the terms and validity period of the applicable promotion.

We Sent the Wrong Item

This policy does not prevent you from contacting us if Viral T-Shirt Shops or a fulfillment provider makes an error with your order.

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • The wrong size
  • The wrong color
  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • A materially misprinted product

please contact us and provide your order information and clear photographs where applicable.

Eligible problems will be reviewed under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refusing Delivery Is Not a Cancellation

Refusing a package or failing to accept delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a refund.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before production or shipment whenever possible.

Orders returned because of refusal, an incorrect address, or other delivery problems will be reviewed according to our applicable shipping and refund policies.

How Quickly Should I Contact You?

Because production may begin soon after an order is submitted, the sooner you contact us, the better the chance that we can make the requested change.

We do not guarantee a fixed cancellation window because production timing may vary between products and orders.

Need to Cancel or Change an Order?

Visit our Contact Us page as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • The exact change you would like us to make

Please do not submit multiple requests for the same change unless necessary, as this may make the request more difficult to process.

We will review the status of your order and let you know whether the requested cancellation or modification is still possible.
